Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans can change, and we want to be as flexible as possible to accommodate your needs. However, as a small business, we rely on reservations and cancellations can affect us greatly. Therefore, we have established the following cancellation policy:

  • Reservations more than 21 days away:

    If your reservation is more than 21 days away, you can cancel it, and you will be eligible for a full refund of the total booking amount, minus 4.5% transaction fee.

    Reservations 8-20 days away:

    For reservations scheduled 8-20 days away, if you choose to cancel, you will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.

    Reservations less than 7 days away:

    If your reservation is 7 or less days away, it becomes non-refundable, and no refund will be provided upon cancellation.

    Reservations booked 7+ days in advance:

    In the event that you book a reservation 7+ days in advance and decide to cancel within 24 hours of booking, you are entitled to a full refund of the total booking amount, minus 4.5% transaction fee.

    Transaction Fee

    4.5% of the total booking amount.

We understand that extenuating circumstances can occur, and we will try our best to accommodate you in case of emergencies or unforeseen events. Please contact us as soon as possible in such cases, and we will try our best to work out a solution with you.
